Main Project
Vexius is a grid-based puzzle platform game where your rotation and position are key. Roll your way through the levels to get anywhere fast, but sometimes you need to use the gun recoil to adjust your positioning. The aim is to reach the end of the level through various puzzles, traps and other hazards.
The game includes a fully featured level editor, which was also used to create the included levels. You can combine gameplay elements to create some unique contraptions. Levels can easily be shared with others through the Steam workshop, or you can store and share the level files through any way you prefer.
After initially being made with the Unity engine in 2017, the game was reimaged using the Unreal Engine in 2022. The game received some post-launch updates introducing more gameplay elements. I'll still try to occasionally bring in new things, while also working out new projects.
Legacy Projects
Below are some old JavaScript projects created using the Phaser framework. The codebase is a complete mess, so it took some effort to get them to work in modern browsers, but here we are. You can play these for free in the browser, click on a game to get started. They require a keyboard or mouse to be played; mobile devices are not supported. These titles may use third party assets. They are not used for commercial purposes and any asset belongs to their respective owner.
